Upon valid purchase and redemption of a license key, Onyx Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the duration specified by your plan (Weekly, Monthly, or Lifetime).
You acknowledge that the software modifies game behavior and may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms. You accept all responsibility for the use of this software, including any consequences imposed by game developers or platform operators.
All payments are processed through our authorized channels. Due to the digital nature of the software and the immediate delivery of license keys:
Onyx Software collects minimal data required for license validation: your hardware ID (HWID), Discord user ID, and session information. This data is used solely for authentication and anti-piracy purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Diagnostic logs may be collected via webhook for error reporting and software improvement.
Onyx Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Onyx Software be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or system damage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the software is to discontinue use.
Onyx Software reserves the right to revoke your license at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms, abuse of the software or services, distribution of the software, or engaging in chargebacks. No refund will be issued upon termination.
Onyx Software reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
